Product introduction

The walnut sheller is composed of a frame, a fan, a rotor, a single-phase motor, a screen (with two types of size), a hopper, a vibrating screen, a V-belt wheel and its transmission V-belt, etc. After the machine is in normal operation, the walnuts are put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously. The walnuts are crushed under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor. The walnut kernels and broken shells pass through the A sieve with a certain pore size (a large-pore sieve for the first threshing, and a small-pore sieve for the second shelling of the cleaned small peels) is filtered and separated. Under the action of the blowing force of the rotating fan, walnut shells and granules make the light shells blow out of the body, and the heavy nuts are screened through the vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
