This machine is mainly used in electric power departments and industries to process various oils, such as transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, insulating oil, etc.. It can also be used in the field filtration work of the charged lines of substations above 110KV. Meanwhile, it is used as bridge vacuum linkage system. The oil purifier can be used as an independent vacuum source with the function of vacuum drying and vacuum oil injection.
Scope of application
The oil purifier is widely used in automobile, marine engine, machinery, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, electric boiler blower lubricating oil, transportation, subway, machinery manufacturing and other industries, mainly purifying hydraulic oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, compressor oil, chiller oil, pump hydraulic oil, engineering vehicle hydraulic oil, gear oil and other unqualified lubricants. It is a multi-functional oil purifier designed for various lubricants.
Working Principle
Transformer vacuum oil purifier is developed for on-site degassing, dewatering and filtering treatment of transformer oil based on the principles of vacuum separation, precision mechanical filtration, molecular adsorption and vacuum drying, which can work without any auxiliary mechanical equipment. Through the process of dehydrator, degassing and filtration, dissolved gas and water, solid particles and pollutants can be completely removed.
