Working principle
Peanuts are fed manually and fall into the coarse grid first. Due to the rubbing force between the rotation of the grid and the concave plate of the fixed grid, the peanut kernels and shells that have been separated from the peanut shells fall through the grid at the same time, and then pass through the wind. Most of the peanut shells are blown out of the machine by wind force, and the peanut kernels and some small peanuts that have not been peeled off fall into the specific gravity sorting screen. After heavy screening, the peanut kernels go up the separation screen and flow into the sack through the material opening , and the unpeeled peanuts (small fruits) go down from the screen surface, flow into the elevator through the discharge channel, and then are sent by the elevator to the fine-grained grid for secondary peeling, and then screened and separated by specific gravity. Precautions for use of peanut seed sheller
1. Please place the peeling machine in a spacious and flat place for operation.
2. According to the size of the shelled peanuts, select the matching screen for shelling.
3. When the machine is running, please do not put your hands into the motor, blower, inner side of the shield, and the depth of the feeding port, etc., to avoid injury.
4. The width of the feeding port is generally adjusted at about 3.5 cm (it can be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the peanut variety), and the peanuts need to be evenly fed when shelling.
5. When assembling the vibrating screen, tighten the pull rod nut at the bottom of the vibrating screen, and generally keep 2 cm at the end of the pull rod.
6. If the shelled peanuts are too dry, the damage rate will increase accordingly when peeling. At this time, the peanut shells can be evenly wetted with clean water and left for a few hours before peeling to achieve the desired effect.
