Working principle
The smoke generated during the production operation is sucked into the mobile welding fume purifier through the suction hood due to the gravity of the fan, and first passes through the first fire arresting net at the air inlet of the purifier, which can eliminate large particles and spark particles generated by grinding. Separation and interception, the initially filtered smoke and dust pass through the filter element protection plate to further block particles and residual sparks, and the filtered smoke and dust enter the main filter element. The main filter element is made of imported anti-static coated polyester fiber material, and the filtration efficiency reaches 99.9%. The purified gas is further purified by activated carbon filter cotton, and then discharged through the air outlet to meet the standard.

Steps for usage
1. First move the machine to the vicinity of the working station and adjust the height of the range fume hood.
2. Plug in the power supply, turn on the switch, and the purifier starts to work (the purifier uses 220V/380 voltage, which is an industrial machine and requires a grounding wire)
3. Clean the purifier. If it is used frequently, it needs to be cleaned at least once a week. Turn on the handle switch, take out the filter, and use a blow gun to blow the dust on it into a special recycling bag (the purifier needs to clean the filter frequently to keep it clean)
4. Put the cleaned filter element back into the machine.
