Instructions
Step 1. Put the prepared gypsum slurry into the mold.
Step 2. Scrape slowly with a scraper to scrape out the remaining gypsum slurry.
Step 3. The gypum slurry will solidified in about 5-6 minutes.
Step 4. When the mold is ejected, turn the mold switch on the mold frame by hand, turn the mold over, place the chalk tray on the iron rod of the mold frame, and then pull the cam handle forcefully to make the ejector push the chalk out and fall into the pen tray.
Step 5. Take out the chalk tray and place it in the sun to dry it. Dry for 1-2 days at summer temperature.
