Product introduction

1. Product process: Raw bamboo—feeding and sawing—cutting bamboo strips—knotting and cutting to a fixed width—drawing into silk—bleaching—drying—cutting to length—polishing—sharpening—packaging.
2. The above 8 sets are a production line, with an output of about 400,000 sticks in 8 hours, and about 200-500 kg of dried bamboo sticks. 3-5 employees are required to operate, 380v industrial electricity is used, the electricity consumption is about 10-12 degrees per hour, and the factory area is generally about 100 square meters. Add one No. 7 machine, and the output will be 800,000 pieces.
3. Usually every 100 kilograms of fresh moso bamboo can produce 20,000 to 40,000 bamboo sticks of different specifications with a diameter of 2.5-3.0mm and a length of 150-300mm, and about 20-35 kilograms of dried finished sticks.

3.Fixed Width Slicer: Used for width and thickness setting and knot removing, separating green layer from yellow layer, ensures the surface quality of processed material.

4. Bamboo filament forming machine: This machine is used for making thick bamboo strip into thinner one.

5. Bamboo Stick Size Setting Machine: Special equipment for bamboo stick or wood stick fixed size cutting, especially for round stick size set.

6.Bamboo stick sharpening machine: Used for sharpening bamboo toothpicks.

7. Blade Sharpening Machine: Used for blade grinding.
